Can I pre-register and set up a "user account" in the online system prior to Registration?
No. Returning campers may log into their account to update personal information and check their password, but not select a camp. New campers will be asked to create an account on registration day. If you would like to login to your Active account to update information prior to registration day, you can do so at this link: CLICK HERE
Where are the camps located?
At the University of Washington. Check in for each camp will take place in Alaska Airlines Arena on the UW campus. Throughout each session, campers will also participate in drills and games in the Intramural Building (IMA), which is next to Alaska Airlines Arena. The beach courts are located nearby, on the north side of the IMA. All camp courts are just a few minutes' walk apart. For a campus map, CLICK HERE.
What should I do to get on the waitlist?
CLICK HERE. Campers should register for their desired camp to be placed on the wait list. This will get you in the system and if a spot opens up, you will be notified. It does not cost anything to sign up for the wait list and it keeps you in our system for next year as well.

Yes. There is a $50 deposit required with each registration. Campers may choose to pay in full at registration or set up a payment plan that will include installments automatically charged to the credit card on your account. There are no additional fees to set up a payment plan.
How are players divided during camp?
Players are initially divided by age and experience based on the information we receive during registration. The first day of each camp session includes an evaluation in order to make sure that players of similar skills are on a court together. Our goal is to have players on the court where they can learn best and improve the most.
Can I move to a different group?
Yes. We will try to evaluate as best we can, but we also want you to have a positive experience. If you are unhappy, please talk to any one of the staff coaches during camp time. However, please recognize that assigning groups is one of our camp's top priorities, and we do our best to put everyone on the best team for them possible
Can I stay with my friend in the same group?
Yes. If there is someone that you want to be with during the whole week of camp, please let us know as soon as possible. After the initial evaluation, you may be asked to move courts based on our numbers, teaching styles, and the abilities of the players on each court. If it is more important to be together, the campers should talk with their coach when changes are made.
Are there dorms available for camp?
Yes, but only for our Team Camp and Washington Elite Camp.
Where do I park? Should I buy a parking permit?
The E-18 Parking Lot. This parking lot is located north of the arena. The UW parking department will again issue "drop-off" permits which allow you to park for 45 minutes around the beginning and end of each camp session. CLICK HERE to access the permit for your registered camp. This permit will allow you to park and walk your camper in and out each dapy.
